Complete Registration Form: Complete a short registration form (~10 minutes) telling us about your career interests. Within approximately one week, you will receive a welcome email with instructions on your next steps.
Watch Training Video: Watch a 20-minute training video to learn how to find a Mentor and make the most of your mentorship experience.
Connect with a Mentor: After completing the training video, you will be able to choose a Mentor (or multiple Mentors) based on your career interests, and set the time and frequency that you meet with them.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to meet with a Mentor each week/regularly? No, you can choose to meet with a Mentor for a single mentoring session (flash mentoring), or as often and as frequently as you want and their schedule allows.
What can Career Mentors help me with? Career Mentors can help you with reviewing your resume/cover letters, interview prep, general career advice, getting industry-specific information, or sharing about their career journey. Mentors are your "career champions" and can help you to explore career pathways and become strong job applicants. They can also help you expand your professional network.
Who is eligible to join the program? 10,000 Degrees students, alumni, and Fellows.
What are the requirements for joining? Once you are paired with a Mentor, we ask that you check your email frequently and respond to Mentors within 2-3 business days.
